CONGRATULATIONS TO CALIFORNIA CDA’S 2024 WOMEN OF THE YEAR!

NORTHERN REGION: NITA VOLKER, COURT ST. RAYMOND #2057

 Nita has been a member since  February of 2003 Court St. Raymond’s . She has served as Court Regent and Vice Regent. This year she is their Recording Secretary. She has been a District Deputy and is the Coordinator for  Diocesan Regent’s Roundtable. In the parish she has as she describes,“..done/been just about everything except sacristan and projectionist!”  

CENTRAL REGION: LILLIAN DRAXLER, COURT ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI #1652

Lil has been a member of her court since April of 1998. She has served in numerous officers in her Court and is a Past Court Regent. Lil served as a State Chairman for several Past State Regents. She has served a very distinguished time as Central Valley District Deputy. Lil currently serves as the CA State Central District Deputy Supervisor. When Lil was approached to serve in this capacity, new and developing position in the state she did not hesitate to serve. She has helped the board to develop the long-term definition of these positions.

SOUTHERN REGION: YVETTE MANARD, COURT COMPTON #942

Yvette has been a member of her court sine June of 2015. She is Court Compton #942’s , Previous Court Regent serving for 2 terms, served as Recording Secretary and is currently a District Deputy. Yvette Has worked numerous hours on getting our new CA CDA State Website upgraded, up and running and continues to spend time updating and continuing her amazing work getting all the information needed assessable  for our membership. As a leader in the Southern CA Region, Yvette always answers the State Boards’ call for help in the Region when the State Board needs support.
